JE Customs Fabrication Pty Ltd does not offer refunds for customers due to a change of mind. Therefore it is important that you carefully select the right product for you before ordering.
In limited circumstances, for an unopened item within 10 business days of the order and at the full discretion of JE Customs Fabrication Pty Ltd, a refund may be offered, a re-stocking fee of 15% + return freight will apply.
A full refund will be provided if the refund is as a result of our error for unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Freight cost will be covered by us in this circumstance.
Refunds will be paid within four weeks of sending the returned product, most often it will be faster. This allows for transit time for us to receive the product and time to process the return.

For items where insurance is selected for freight a full exchange will be offered for goods received damaged. JE Customs Fabrication Pty Ltd will organise a replacement product on behalf of the customer. Proof of damage must be produced by the customer within two days of receiving the goods. A claim cannot be processed without proof.
All returned items must be sent to 2/78 Dunheved Circuit St Marys NSW 2760, unless otherwise advised by us.
